Hallo Ihr lieben,

einer unserer Forenmitglieder hat mich auf eine email von CMS NY aufmerksam gemacht, die er in den letzten Tagen erhalten hat. Mir als IB wurde noch nichts davon mitgeteilt. Ich poste diese email als zwei Pics. Siehe unten.

Lasst mich kurz darlegen, um was es geht. Wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, will CMS ab dem 15. Oktober, also in 5 Tagen seine Dienste für Trader einstellen. Das heisst, es ist nicht mehr möglich mit dem VT-trader und CMS NY zu traden. Alle Konten werden automatisch an Forex.com (Gaincapital) abgegeben. Jeder Kontoinhaber erhält einen neuen Login, das Passwort soll erhalten bleiben. Die transferierten Trader haben nicht mehr die Möglichkeit, dort mit dem VT-Trader zu traden und müssen auf die hauseigene Software oder den Metatrader umsteigen. Alle offenen Positionen werden geschlossen. Alle schwebenden Orders werden nicht übernommen.

Die Handelsbedingungen sind allerdings soweit ich es verstanden habe, die gleichen schlechten und ab 15. Oktober noch schlechteren. Diese gelten nicht nur für CMS und Forex.com, sondern auch für alle anderen US-basierten Broker.

Die Marginanforderungen steigen auf 20:1, bei den Majors auf 50:1 und 100:1 bei den Metallen.

Was das bedeutet, kann sich jeder vorstellen, denke ich. Ich denke, aufgrund dieser Entwicklung hat sich CMS NY dazu entschlossen, diesen Weg zu gehen.
Ist zwar schade, aber nicht zu ändern. Mein Vorschlag wäre, ein Konto bei CMS International zu eröffnen. Wie ihr wisst, bekommt ihr alle Unterstützung dafür von mir.

Hallo!
Gibt es noch andere Broker, die den VT trader nutzen? Ich habe da so meine Bedenken, dass die Kundenanzahl von CMS International dann noch ausreicht, damit VTsystems den VTT weiterentwickelt.
Wie sicher ist denn mein Geld bei CMS International gegenüber CMS ?

momentan fällt mir nur CMS International ein, die den VT-Trader nutzen.

Im VT-Trader-Forum sind sie scheinbar auch ratlos, wie es weitergehen soll. Cskidmore verweist immer auf CMS direkt, um solche Fragen zu klären.

Bis dato habe ich keine schlechten Erfahrungen mit CMS International gemacht. Das Geld ist so sicher, wie bei anderen Brokern auch. Hundert prozentige Sicherheit wirst du nie haben. Dann musst du schon bei einem deutschen Broker traden. Den kannst du dann am Kragen packen und nach deutscher Gerichtsbarkeit belangen, wenn er dicht macht.

Die Programmierbarkeit vom VT Trader ist der Hammer, die möchte ich eigentlich nicht aufgeben.
Um das Risiko vielleicht etwas einzuschränken: wo liegt die Mindestsumme für eine Kontoeröffnung bei CMS_I ? Haben die auch Microlots?

CMS International hat momentan noch bis 15.10 eine Aktion der Verdoppelung des Einsatzes bei Eröffnung eines neuen Kontos laufen. Gilt das auch wenn man dort schon ein Konto hat? Wie schnell bekommt man Geld von CMS zu CMS International, da die Frist ja nur bis 15.10 läuft. Weißt du da Bescheid Matze?

ich denke, das die Aktion für Neukunden ist und nicht bereits für Bestandskunden. Von CMS zu CMS International kannst du kein Geld transferieren. Das läuft über Abbuchung bei CMS und Neueröffnung und Einzahlung bei CMS International.

Guten Morgen allerseits,

jetzt wirds noch lustiger. Bisher bin ich davon ausgegangen, das nur CMS NY seine Dienste für normale Trader einstellt und man sich zu CMS International "retten" könnte, um mit dem VT-Trader weitermachen zu können. Aber das hat sich mit der unten angefügten Mail auch zerschlagen. Kunden von CMS International werden nach Forex.com UK rübergeschaufelt. Wir können die Eröffnung neuer Konten bei CMS Intl dann vergessen.

D.h.

CMS NY --> Forex.com US
CMS Intl. --> Forex.com UK

Damit hat sich auch das Mysterium geklärt, warum nicht einfach die Kunden von CMS NY nach CMS Intl transferiert werden. Weil es beide so nicht mehr geben wird.

Bei Forex.com UK hat man folgende Konditionen:

Hebel 200:1 für Minikonten
100:1 für Standardkonten
100:1 für den Metallhandel

Leider ist mir kein anderer Broker bekannt, der mit dem VT-Trader arbeitet. Wenn ich einen finden sollte, oder einer einen kennt, dann bitte melden.

After almost 6 years of servicing retail forex traders worldwide, CMS International has decided to leave the direct retail marketplace as a counterparty to retail trades to focus on servicing its Institutional client base. In an effort to provide the highest quality of services to our existing customers, we have made arrangements to transfer the custody and clearing of our accounts to GAIN Capital - Forex.com UK Ltd on October 15th, 2010. Despite the transfer, CMS International will continue to operate in a non-direct manner in the retail space by offering the services of Gain Capital.

You are receiving this email, because your working relationship with CMS International involves retail traders. Over the past 5 years, you have been a critical factor in the significant growth and success of our company. We hope we have met your needs providing tight pricing, and good execution coupled with prompt and professional service. While we are leaving the retail market as your liquidity provider, we will continue to be available to answer any and all questions you may have during the transfer to Gain Capital and thereafter.

Please be aware that your Introducing Broker and Money Manager Agreements with CMS Forex will be assumed by Gain Capital on the transfer date. Your client accounts will officially be moved on Friday, October 15th after the market closes. You will receive corresponding statements and payments from CMS International for all your client trading activity through the close of business on the 15th and payments and reports from Gain Capital –Forex.com Ltd thereafter. A notification communicating these changes will be emailed to all retail customers of CMS International in the coming days.

Your client accounts and IB Agreement will be transferred to Gain Capital’s UK regulated entity. Any and all open positions will be marked to market on CMS Forex’s platforms. The corresponding positions will be re-opened on either Gain Capital UK’s Metatrader or ForexTrader platforms. However, if you are a money manager, all open positions will be closed at the market rate as of 5:00 pm EST on October 15, 2010.

Please note the maximum available margin is 0.5 % (200:1 leverage) for mini accounts and 1 % (100:1 leverage) for standard accounts. Metals will be offered at 100:1. Please note that pending orders will not be reinstated after the transfer. We encourage clients to log into their accounts to setup new orders at their discretion. Further, micro positions will be rounded down to the nearest ten thousand. (ex. a 47,000 EURUSD BUY position will be converted to a 40,000 EURUSD BUY post transfer, a 4,000 AUDUSD SELL position will be closed out and no position will exist.)

We are confident you will find this transition process to be smooth. Additionally, Gain Capital will aptly provide you and your clients with the pricing and technology for continued success.
